Drastic numbers call for drastic measures.
I think this is a very simple and healthy diet, if I follow it meticulously I wonder how much weight I can lose in 9 days. I will have to go shopping.
I'm not sure how motivated I feel. After everything that happened last week I am just numb and sad.
Watching the cats little tummy rise and fall as he sleeps, one paw over his eyes, the other stretched out. It's raining outside. I'm wearing an oodie. things are cosy and I should be thankful.
